Then, Alessa will prep your body for your workday. In your perfectly aligned workspace, Alessa will take you through the steps to sit or stand correctly so you can rock your workday!
How it works:
- Check out by filling out the form on the right.
- You will then get an email with a link to schedule your 1-1 session.
- You can either choose to send photos of your workspace ahead of time to Alessa via email, and have a good ol'fashion voice call with Alessa at your scheduled time
OR
- [preferred method] When your 1-1 session starts, simply take the video call on your phone, turn it around to your workspace, and let the productivity 📈!
